Shipping & Processing
Q: “How long does shipping take?”
Shipping can take up to 7–14 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Q: “When will I receive my tracking number?”
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been processed.
Q: “What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?”
Pretty Privilege Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. All packages come with a tracking number. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office.
Exchanges & Returns
Q: “What is your return policy?”
There are NO REFUNDS.
Q: “Can I exchange my hair?”
Exchanges are only available for "unopened" items within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any "opened" hair. This means the hair must not be combed, brushed, or have the security seal removed (the rubber bands/ties around the bundles).
Q: “Who covers the shipping for an exchange?”
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
Hair Care & Maintenance
Q: "How should I prep my extensions before installing?"
You must co-wash the hair before installing. This ensures the hair is clean and hydrated.
Q: "What products should I use on my extensions?"
Use high-quality shampoos and conditioners. Avoid heavy oils or products that cause buildup, as these can weigh the hair down.
Q: "How do I prevent tangling and matting?"
You must brush the hair daily to prevent tangling. Additionally, always sleep with a silk or satin bonnet or scarf to protect the hair overnight.
Q: "Can the hair be colored or bleached?"
Yes, our extensions can be colored. However, we highly recommend having a professional stylist perform any chemical services to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Processing & Timing
Q: "Where can I find specific information about Pre-Order or Hair on Hand items?"
Please refer to our dedicated Pre-Order & Hair On Hand Policy page for detailed product processing and shipping information specific to those items.
Q: "Do you process orders on weekends or holidays?"
No. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays.
Q: "I placed my order on a Saturday. When will it be processed?"
If you placed an order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.
Q: "What is the daily cutoff time for order processing?"
If you placed an order AFTER 5pm, your order will be processed on the next business day.
Delays & Shipping Partners
Q: "Will my order arrive by a specific date?"
Please understand that we do not control the shipping companies. Shipping delays can occur. We strongly recommend that you order in advance to avoid any potential shipping delays.
Q: "Who handles the delivery of my package?"
Once your order is shipped, we have absolutely no control over the package. You will need to reach out to our shipping partner (USPS) for updates or issues regarding the delivery of your package.
Address & Delivery Issues
Q: "What happens if my order is delivered to the wrong address or lost?"
In any event that your order is misplaced or delivered to the wrong address, we will not be held accountable.
Q: "What should I double-check before submitting my order?"
Please make sure you type your address correctly before submitting your order. Do not forget to include apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc. We cannot be held responsible for errors made during the checkout process.
